There is no escape from the clutches of the greens, it seems. Even the 'ultimate driving machine' is not immune, as BMW has revealed that its updated 2010 M3 now comes with auto stop start.

The system is fitted to both six-speed manual models and those fitted with BMW's M-DCT twin-clutch transmission, making the M3 the first car to combine a dual-clutch automated manual gearbox with automatic stop-start.

I've been working on my next project; E36Zone.com. I have tried to launch E90Zone, but I think they are just out of reach for the enthusiasts, and are still lease cars etc. I've put that one on the back burner for now.

I figure, after reading my first BMW Performance mag on subscription, that there are alot of amazing E36's out there. So why not try and give them what we have here at E46Zone.

Do they produce a 135d, surely this would be almost just as quick if the do?

Either way though i think they could make for a decent very reasonably priced motor in a few years.

Firstly, a big thanks to all who submitted images and voted in our 2010 calendar competition.

It was down to the last 22 in the final round and we've got 13 Winners. The last 3 all had the same points, so I have decided to add a poll to this topic which will close once I am ready to finalise the calendars, there will only be 2 in the calendar.

We've had close to 100 images submitted for next years calendar, now its time to wittle them down to the top 24.

Voting will be done in 2 stages, firstly, all members are entitled to vote for their top 3 images from the 2010 calendar gallery. Then, the 24 most voted images will be voted for by the subscribers using a points system to give ...
